Using Caught at the Window, purchasing video packs and sharing generated videos.
The service
Caught at the Window creates short, AI-generated window-scene videos from a photo. It is an independent product, not an official CapCut tool or affiliated with TikTok or Media.io. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Your photos
Upload only photos you own or have permission to use. Get the person's permission before creating or sharing a video of them. Do not use the service to impersonate, harass, exploit or mislead someone, or to violate another person's rights.
What to expect
Generated videos can change facial details, clothing, backgrounds and movements. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, frame-by-frame match or completion time. Review the result before sharing and use the platform's AI-content label where required.
Video packs and payments
The price and number of included generations are shown before checkout. Each 15-second video uses one generation. Solo costs USD 5.99 for one generation; Crew costs USD 15.99 for three generations. Video packs are one-time purchases. Check the selected pack and payment details before paying.
When a task is recorded as failed, the generation used for that attempt is restored to your account. Restoring a generation is not a cash refund. A completed video uses one generation even if you would prefer a different creative result. These terms do not limit any refund rights you have under applicable law.
Your account and results
Keep your sign-in details private. Download finished videos you want to keep; availability is not guaranteed indefinitely. You remain responsible for having the rights needed to use uploaded material and to publish the result, including any music.
Availability
Generation depends on third-party providers and may be delayed or unavailable. We may restrict use that compromises the service or violates these terms. Nothing here excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version will be available on this page.
